Websites and lead automation for marine service work

The job went to whoever called back first.

You were under a hull with a grinder in your hand. NavStack answers for you: a phone-first site that loads in under two seconds, a quote form that texts you the second it is filled, and follow-up that keeps working for 14 days without you touching it.

  • Tidepoint Docks

Where the work goes

Three ways your yard loses jobs every week.

None of these are marketing problems. They are answering problems. A boat owner with a haul-out deadline is shopping with their thumb and calling three shops in a row.

01

78%

of first calls to marine shops go unanswered in working hours

Your phone rings while you are under a hull.

Nobody leaves a voicemail anymore. They hang up and dial the next yard on the list, and that yard books the haul out. By the time you are off the lift and wiping your hands, the job is gone and you never knew it existed. A missed call is a lost quote, not a callback.

02

4.1s

average load time for a trade site on marina wifi

Your site was built for a desktop nobody uses.

Boat owners search from the dock, on one bar of signal, in the sun. If your number is not tappable in one thumb move, if the text is small enough to pinch, if the page hangs for four seconds, you are not in the running. They are not judging your work. They never got to see it.

03

5 min

the window where a new lead still picks up the phone

A quote sent Tuesday is cold by Thursday.

Most shops send the number once and wait. The owner gets busy, the season moves, the quote gets buried. Shops that touch the same lead six times over two weeks close roughly a third more of the exact same quotes. Nothing about the price changed. Only the follow up did.

Fix the answering and you do not need more leads. You need the ones you already get.

What you get

Three parts that turn a phone number into a booked slip.

Every plan ships the same three systems. The tier only changes how much of it we run for you after launch.

01  Mobile-first site

A site a boat owner can use with one wet thumb.

Built as a phone screen first, then widened for the laptop nobody opens at the marina. Under two seconds on a slow connection, or we keep tuning until it is.

  • A tap to call bar pinned to the bottom of every screen, plus tap to text and tap for directions
  • One page per service so bottom paint, repower, shrink wrap and dock repair each rank on their own
  • Your yard specifics up front: lift capacity, max beam, slip depth, haul schedule, insurance and yard rules
  • Photos of your actual boats, shot or edited from what you already have on your phone
  • Google Business Profile cleaned up, hours corrected, service areas mapped and linked to the site

Tested on a real phone at the dock, not a lab score.

02  Lead capture

Every lead lands in one place, timestamped.

Calls, forms, texts and Google messages all funnel into a single list you can read between jobs. You stop rebuilding the day from missed call logs and sticky notes on the bench.

  • Missed call text back in under 60 seconds, so a hang up turns into a text thread instead of a lost job
  • A quote form built for boats: length, make, engine, where she sits now, and photo upload from the dock
  • Instant forward to your cell, with the lead details in the text so you can call back from the lift
  • Source tracking on every lead so you know which marina, search or referral actually pays
  • A Monday summary in plain language: leads in, quoted, booked, and who is still waiting on you
Lead inbox / this week
17 leads this week Source: 9 Google / 5 referral / 3 dock sign

03  Automated follow-up

Follow-up that keeps going after you forget.

Written in your voice, sent on a schedule, and it stops the moment they reply or book. You never send the sixth message yourself, and you never look like a robot either.

  • A 14 day sequence of six texts and two emails, spaced the way a busy owner actually reads them
  • Instant stop on reply. The second they text back, the sequence shuts off and the thread is yours
  • Review requests three days after the invoice, pointed at Google, with the link already in the text
  • Seasonal wake ups for haul out, spring commission and wrap, sent to last year's customer list
  • Compliant opt outs handled for you, so the texting stays legal without you reading the rules

How it works

Live in ten working days, not ten weeks.

Speed is the whole point. Every week you spend in a design revision loop is a week of haul-out season you do not get back. We front-load the questions and build in one pass.

Day 160 minutes, once

One call, and we stop asking you things.

We walk your services, your pricing bands, your lift capacity, your busy season and the three jobs you actually want more of. You send whatever photos are already on your phone. That is the last time we need an hour from you.

  • Service and price intake
  • Photo dump
  • Domain and access

Days 2 to 4We write, you approve

You read the copy before anyone designs a pixel.

We write every page in your words, using your terms for the work. You mark what is wrong in a shared doc. Fixing a sentence takes a minute. Fixing a sentence after the site is built takes a week, which is why we do it in this order.

  • Full page copy
  • One revision round
  • Sitemap locked

Days 5 to 8Build and wire

The site gets built and the automation gets wired.

Design, build, and the parts that matter more than design: call tracking, form routing to your cell, missed call text back, and the 14 day sequence written in your voice. We test every path from a real phone on a real network.

  • Site build
  • Lead routing
  • Sequence written
  • Speed pass

Days 9 to 10Live and handed over

It goes live, and we send you a fake lead to prove it.

DNS cuts over, Google Business Profile gets connected, and we run a test lead end to end so you watch the text hit your phone. Then a 20 minute handover video you can rewatch in the truck, and our number if anything looks off.

  • Launch
  • Live lead test

What ten days did for two yards.

Same crews. Same prices. Same service area. The only thing that changed was what happened in the first five minutes after someone reached out.

Six months after launch. The lift schedule filled out through the shoulder season for the first time in four years.

"I did not want another website. I wanted to stop finding out on Friday that somebody called Tuesday. The text back thing paid for the whole year in the first month. My wife stopped chasing the phone."
Ray Delgado Owner, Delgado Marine Service. Deltaville, VA
"Ten days, and I gave them one hour of my time. I have been quoted six weeks and four thousand dollars by people who wanted a meeting every Tuesday. This crew asked their questions once and then left me alone to work."

Straight answers

The questions you were going to ask on the call.

Still not sure it fits your shop?

Send us your current site and your busiest service. We will tell you in writing whether this is worth doing, including when the answer is no.

Book a 20 minute call
Or reach us directly (410) 555 0142 hello@navstack.io
I already have a website. Why would I pay for another one?

Most of the sites we replace are fine to look at and useless at answering. Pull yours up on your phone right now, on data instead of wifi. Time it. Try to call yourself in one tap. Try to send a photo of a hull.

If it loads in under two seconds and a lead reaches your cell in under a minute, keep it. We will tell you so, and we will not send you a proposal. If it does not, the site is not the asset you think it is.

How long does this actually take, start to finish?

Ten working days from the kickoff call, and one hour of your time total. Day 1 is the intake call. Days 2 to 4 you approve the copy. Days 5 to 8 we build and wire the automation. Days 9 and 10 it goes live and we run a test lead to your phone.

The only thing that slows it down is waiting on your domain login or your photos. We ask for both on day 1 for that reason.

What happens if I cancel?

Give us 30 days notice and we hand everything over: the site files, the domain, the copy, your full lead list as a spreadsheet, and your phone number if we are hosting it. No exit fee, no hostage situation.

Month to month is deliberate. If the work is not paying for itself you should be able to leave, and knowing you can is what makes the first month easy to say yes to.

Do I own the site or are you renting it to me?

You own it. The domain stays in your name from day one, in your account, with your credit card on it. The site files are yours. The written copy is yours. The customer and lead data is yours and always was.

The monthly covers hosting, edits, the texting and email sending, and us keeping the automation running. Stop paying it and you still walk away with the asset.

I am not the guy who sits at a computer. Is this going to make more work for me?

The opposite is the point. After the one hour intake call, your entire job is answering texts from people who already want to hire you. No dashboard to learn, no logins to remember, no software to check.

Leads hit your phone as a normal text message. You reply like you would to anyone. Everything else runs behind that, and if you want a change you text us and we make it.

Do you actually understand marine work or do I have to explain everything?

We only build for marine service businesses: detailers, mechanics, riggers, dock and piling builders, haul-out yards, canvas shops, and mobile techs. We know what a barrier coat quote depends on, why beam matters more than length for your lift, and why nobody books a repower from a contact form.

You will not spend the first call teaching us the trade. You will spend it correcting the two or three things we assumed about your specific yard.

Next step

Tell us what you run. We will tell you what it takes.

Twenty minutes on the phone. We look at your current site, your call volume and your busiest service, then give you a number and a date. If we are not the right fit we will say that on the call.

  • No deck, no discovery workshop, no second call to hear the price
  • We check your current site on a phone while you are on the line
  • You leave with a fixed price and a launch date, whether you buy or not
Enter your name so we know who we are calling.
Tell us the name on the truck.
Enter a 10 digit number we can reach you on.
Pick the closest one.

We call once. If you do not pick up we text and leave it at that. Or skip the form and call (410) 555 0142.

Got it. You are on the board.

We call within one business day, 7:30am to 6pm Eastern. If you are on a lift, text us back and we will work around you.
